Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a senior change management professional to lead the people side of large-scale technology and process transformation across the enterprise. You will design and execute OCM strategies, coach sponsors, plan communications, and embed change into program delivery, partnering with leaders and technical teams to maximize adoption and value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise change on large initiatives.
• Experience with Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, Bridges.
• Strong communication and executive stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops enterprise change management strategies and actionable plans.
• Plans and manages change workstreams with clear scope and milestones.
• Coaches sponsors, builds stakeholder networks, and manages resistance.
• Measures adoption and sustains outcomes across programs.
