Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Organization Development, MBA, Organization or Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years in a senior leadership role for mid to large-size organization (1000+ employees) with enterprise change leadership experience.
• Experience in financial services with understanding of products, functions, and processes preferred.
• Ability to influence executives and build relationships across the organization, especially with senior leaders.
• Strategic thinker with end-to-end change management experience aligned to business objectives.
• Experience managing large, capital-intensive projects with cross-functional dependencies and regulatory considerations.
• Experience supporting M&A integration with attention to conversion readiness and operational impact.

Responsibilities

• Review integrated Business and Technology plans to ensure employee change readiness and alignment.
• Identify gaps impacting employees and members and partner with senior leaders to address them.
• Engage with integration workstreams to surface insights and drive corrective actions.
• Build change readiness with appropriate cadence and sequencing of activities.
• Bring the right stakeholders (Communications, L&OD) to execute the plan and mitigate risk.
• Lead change management in the EPMO.
• Incorporate LEAN, Agile, Six Sigma, PROSCI and other methodologies into processes.
• Use data-driven approaches to measure change initiatives and oversee KPI dashboards.
• Develop and evangelize a comprehensive change framework and tools.
• Research new trends to keep approaches at the forefront.
