Job summary

Prime Controls is growing and seeking a Change Management Lead to help launch and lead our Enterprise Change Management System (ECMS), creating a consistent way to move important initiatives from idea to successful adoption. As the first dedicated hire in this function, you’ll have the opportunity to help build the foundation from the start.

Qualifications

• PMP or CAPM certification is required or strongly preferred.
• Strong project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to turn complex or ambiguous situations into clear plans and next steps.
• Excellent facilitation, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with project management and documentation tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead change initiatives from discovery and approval through implementation and adoption.
• Facilitate discussions to define business needs, risks, dependencies, resources, and desired outcomes.
• Build project plans, timelines, governance materials, pilots, communications, and adoption checkpoints.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain accountability for actions and deadlines.
• Own the organization-wide change calendar and identify competing priorities or capacity concerns.
• Monitor pilots, gather feedback, surface risks, and support go, adjust, pause, or stop decisions.
• Partner with leaders to ensure employees understand and are prepared for change.
• Track adoption and sustainment to make sure improvements stick.
