Job summary

AAA Club Alliance seeks an Enterprise Change Management Specialist to lead large‑scale changes from design to implementation. You will apply a structured methodology to maximize end‑user adoption, focusing on people impacts across processes, systems and roles.

You will guide change practitioners, align strategies with business goals, and partner with Leaders to ensure adoption, training, and measurement across the organization. This role offers a hybrid schedule and strong benefits.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate organizational impact of change across processes, people and systems.
• Develop and execute change strategy aligned to goals and stakeholders.
• Secure stakeholder commitment and communicate vision clearly.
• Create tailored plans: Stakeholder, Communications, Training.
• Identify resistance and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare Leaders and Managers to enable adoption.
• Track progress with metrics and adjust as needed.
• Embed change in culture and practices for sustainability.
• Lead change communications with project sponsors and teams.
• Conduct impact analyses and readiness assessments.
• Leverage data to inform communications and readiness.
• Contribute to training design and delivery for change.
• Collaborate with support and business lines on change efforts.
• Build a cohort of practitioners and align Methodology.
