Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Contact Center Business Development Representative to own the top-of-funnel motion for Zoom Contact Center. You will engage C-level and VP-level decision-makers at enterprise accounts, partnering with Account Executives to drive pipeline and growth.

This role rewards domain expertise in CCaaS, offers ownership of outreach strategy, visibility with senior sales leadership, and a clear path to Account Executive.

Qualifications

• Experience with CCaaS or contact center technologies.
• Strong customer service and sales acumen.
• Ability to engage C-level and VP executives.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target enterprise accounts for Zoom Contact Center.
• Execute 70+ outbound activities daily (calls, emails, video, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with CX Specialists, Field Marketing, ABM, Geo BDRs to craft targeted campaigns.
• Conduct discovery to qualify opportunities and assess contact center needs.
• Develop account-specific messaging to engage senior executives in CX, IT, and Ops.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and contribute to enterprise pipeline growth.
• Track weekly/monthly performance and adjust strategies based on results.
