Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Contact Center Business Development Representative to own top-of-funnel outreach for Zoom Contact Center. You will target enterprise accounts, work with Account Executives, and craft targeted ABM campaigns to build pipeline.

Role requires CCaaS fluency, hunter mentality, and ability to engage C-level and VP executives across CX, IT, and Operations. This is a fast-paced, hybrid position with visibility at senior sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working with contact center solutions, CCaaS, or customer experience technologies.
• Excellent customer service skills and sales acumen.
• Ability to work with CX Specialists, Sales, Field Marketing, ABM and Geo BDRs.
• Proven track record of high-volume outbound prospecting.
• Experience engaging C-level and VP executives with consultative messaging.
• History of meeting or exceeding quarterly BDR quotas and pipeline goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify enterprise accounts that would benefit from Zoom Contact Center.
• Execute 70+ outbound activities daily (calls, emails, video messages, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with CX, Field Marketing, ABM and Geo BDRs to run targeted campaigns.
• Qualify opportunities via discovery calls and understanding contact center needs.
• Develop account-specific messaging to engage CX, IT and Operations leaders.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and contribute to enterprise pipeline growth.
• Monitor performance and adjust strategies based on results and feedback.
