Zoom is seeking a Contact Center Business Development Representative to own top-of-funnel outreach for Zoom Contact Center. You will engage with C-level and VP decision-makers at enterprise accounts, partnering with Account Executives to drive pipeline through targeted outreach campaigns.

You will own your outreach strategy, gain visibility with senior sales leadership, and have a clear path to Account Executive. This role demands CCaaS fluency and a hunter mindset in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with contact center solutions or CCaaS platforms.
• Ability to engage C-level and VP executives with consultative messaging.
• Strong outbound prospecting and high-volume outreach experience.
• Experience collaborating with CX, Sales, ABM, and field marketing teams.
• Proven track record in driving pipeline growth and meeting quotas.
• Comfort with multi-team coordination and strategic account campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Identify enterprise accounts for Zoom Contact Center and run ABM campaigns.
• Execute 70+ outbound activities daily (calls, emails, video, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with CX Specialists, Field Marketing, geo BDRs, and ABM teams on campaigns.
• Qualify opportunities through discovery calls and needs analysis.
• Develop account-specific messaging for CX, IT, and Operations execs.
• Maintain Salesforce records and contribute to enterprise pipeline growth.
• Track weekly/monthly performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
