Job summary

Zoom Contact Center is seeking a Contact Center Business Development Representative to own top-of-funnel outreach to enterprise accounts. You will engage C-level and VP-level decision-makers, partner with Account Executives, and drive pipeline through targeted outbound campaigns.

The role emphasizes domain knowledge of CCaaS, ownership of outreach strategy, and visibility with senior sales leadership, with a clear path to Account Executive.

Qualifications

• Experience with contact center solutions (CCaaS) and CX tech.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect at enterprise level and engage C-level executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication; consultative selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify enterprise accounts and target with ABM campaigns.
• Execute 70+ outbound activities daily (calls, emails, video, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with CX Specialists, Field Marketing, ABM, and Geo BDRs on campaigns.
• Qualify opportunities via discovery with focus on contact center needs.
• Create account-specific messaging for CX, IT, and Operations execs.
• Maintain Salesforce records and contribute to enterprise pipeline.
• Track weekly/monthly results and adjust strategies accordingly.
