Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Contact Center Business Development Representative to own the top-of-funnel motion for Zoom Contact Center. You will engage with C-level and VP-level decision-makers at enterprise accounts, partnering with Account Executives to drive pipeline.

In this role, your CCaaS expertise will guide outreach strategy, with visibility to senior sales leadership and a clear path to Account Executive. This position offers a structured hybrid work model within Zoom’s global enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience with CCaaS or contact center technologies.
• Excellent customer service skills and sales acumen.
• Ability to collaborate with CX Specialists, Sales, ABM, and marketing teams.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding BDR quotas.
• Experience engaging C-level and VP executives.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage enterprise accounts that would benefit from Zoom Contact Center using targeted account lists and ABM campaigns.
• Execute 70+ outbound activities daily including cold calls, emails, video messages, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Work with Zoom CX Specialists, Field Marketing, geo BDRs, and ABM teams to craft and execute targeted account-based campaigns.
• Identify and qualify Zoom Contact Center opportunities by conducting discovery calls and understanding a prospect’s contact center needs.
• Develop compelling, account-specific messaging to engage C-level executives and VPs in CX, IT, and Operations.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce (SFDC) and contribute to Zoom’s enterprise pipeline growth.
• Track weekly and monthly performance, adjusting strategies based on results and feedback.
