Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Contact Center Business Development Representative to own the top-of-funnel motion for Zoom Contact Center, engaging directly with enterprise decision-makers and partnering with Account Executives to build and execute targeted outreach campaigns that drive pipeline.

This role requires domain expertise in CCaaS, with ownership of outreach strategy and visibility with senior sales leadership, offering a clear path to Account Executive.

Qualifications

• Experience with CCaaS or contact center technology.
• Strong outbound prospecting and communication skills.
• Experience engaging C-level and VP executives.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas and contribute to pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage enterprise accounts using ABM campaigns.
• Execute 70+ outbound activities daily (calls, emails, video, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with CX Specialists, Field Marketing, geo BDRs, ABM teams on targeted campaigns.
• Qualify opportunities by discovery calls and understand contact center needs.
• Develop account-specific messaging for CX, IT, and Operations executives.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and support pipeline growth.
• Track performance and adjust strategies based on results.
