Job summary

Brooksource is seeking an entrepreneurial and driven Associate Account Executive for a comprehensive outside B2B sales training program. After training, 60% of your time will be spent meeting clients to build partnerships, create pipeline, and secure engagements with Fortune 500 clients.

You will identify opportunities in 3-5 designated accounts, build relationships through onsite meetings, and present to C-level executives while aiming to exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Strategically identify opportunities in 3-5 designated target accounts.
• Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients through onsite client meetings, presentations, and outings.
• Consult with clients to create solutions that help drive change and successful projects within their organization that deliver positive outcomes.
• Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the experience we provide.
• Present to C-suite executives and champion solutions for their projects.
• Continue to meet and exceed target sales goals.
