Job summary

Brooksource is seeking ambitious Associate Account Executives for its outside B2B sales training program. You’ll learn a relationship-driven approach to selling consulting and professional services, with front-line exposure to client decision-makers after training.

You’ll identify opportunities in target accounts, build executive-level relationships, and drive opportunities that lead to win-win engagements, all while earning base pay and uncapped commissions and enjoying comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Motivated, results-driven with a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in 3–5 designated target accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through meetings, presentations, and events.
• Consult with clients to create solutions that drive change and project success.
• Present to C-suite executives and advocate for solutions in their roadmaps.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Set personal and team goals with management.
