Job summary

Provectus is a premier AI consultancy partnered with Anthropic and AWS, seeking a Business Development & Partner Manager to own two revenue motions: convert partner-sourced leads and build a self-sourced pipeline across Financial Services and Life Sciences.

You will manage full enterprise sales cycles from discovery to signed SOW, expand Anthropic partnership, coordinate co-sell activities, and travel up to 30% for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in business development and partner/alliance management, including consulting.
• Experience converting partner-sourced leads through a full enterprise sales cycle (discovery to signed SOW).
• Proven ability to run a full sales cycle independently from prospecting through close.

Responsibilities

• New logo hunting.
• Prospect independently into enterprise accounts in target verticals (FSI, Life Sciences).
• Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, close.
• Build and maintain a personal network of enterprise decision-makers on the East Coast.
