Job summary

Relativity, a global tech company serving legal and compliance professionals, seeks an Account Executive to manage top law firm clients. You will drive retention, revenue growth, and long-term relationship health while aligning with Relativity Core Values.

This remote/hybrid role requires expert negotiation, multi-stakeholder selling, and the ability to travel for strategic engagements; you will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver wins and position Relativity as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

7+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle sales for large enterprise software.
2+ years selling SaaS, cloud, and/or enterprise AI solutions.
Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder sales with long cycles.
Proven ability to negotiate multi-year contracts with executives.
Strong technical acumen and interest in data/AI technology; legal tech exp preferred.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of Relativity's largest law firm accounts with retention and revenue growth focus.
Lead negotiations for major renewals and expansions with senior stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated account strategy.
Build relationships with General Counsel, Managing Partners, and practice group leaders.
Represent Relativity at industry events and mentor junior account executives.
