Job summary

Relativity in the United States seeks an experienced Account Executive to own a portfolio of large, strategic law firm accounts, driving retention, revenue growth, and long-term relationship health.

You will influence senior partners and general counsels, lead multi-year negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand Relativity's AI-enabled platform across the legal industry. Travel for strategic engagements is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle software sales for large, complex enterprise accounts.
• Two+ years selling SaaS, cloud, and/or enterprise AI solutions.
• Complex solution selling involving multiple stakeholders and long decision cycles.
• Negotiating multi-year contracts with executive stakeholders.
• Technical acumen to discuss data, databases, and AI/LLM tech.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Relativity's largest law firm accounts with retention and revenue-growth accountability.
• Lead commercial strategy for major renewals and expansions with senior stakeholders.
• Build relationships with Managing Partners, General Counsel, and other leaders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated account strategies.
• Represent Relativity in executive meetings, events, and industry panels.
• Mentor other Account Executives and contribute to team initiatives.
