Relativity is seeking a Lead Account Executive to own a concentrated portfolio of top law firm accounts in a hybrid US-based role. You will drive retention, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships with senior firm leadership, including Managing Partners and General Counsel, while navigating evolving AI and legal-tech landscapes.

You will negotiate multi-year contracts, advise on competitive positioning, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver a coordinated account strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle enterprise software sales.
• Experience selling SaaS, cloud, and enterprise AI solutions.
• Proven ability to negotiate multi-year contracts.
• Strong relationships with senior executives (GC, Managing Partner, C-level).
• Willingness to travel regularly to engage strategic accounts.

Responsabilités

• Own a concentrated portfolio of Relativity's largest law firm accounts, driving retention and revenue growth.
• Build relationships beyond core contacts with firm leadership and AI committee leads.
• Engage and influence practicing lawyers as Relativity enables self-service AI experiences.
• Lead negotiations for major renewals and expansions with senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional account teams to deliver a unified strategy.
• Provide input on segment strategy and market intelligence to leadership.
• Represent Relativity credibly in executive meetings and industry events.
