Job summary

Relativity, a global tech company, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage strategic law firm accounts, drive retention and revenue growth, and expand Relativity’s presence with senior leaders. You will influence partners, GCs, and practice heads while shaping long-term collaboration around Relativity’s AI-enabled platform.

The role involves engaging top law firms and travel for strategic events.

Qualifications

7+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle sales for large, complex enterprise accounts.
2+ years of experience selling SaaS, cloud, and/or enterprise AI solutions.
Experience negotiating multi-year contracts with senior/exec stakeholders.
Proven technical acumen with data, databases, and AI/LLM technologies.
Strong track record building trusted relationships with senior executives.
Willingness to travel for strategic engagements.

Responsibilities

Own a concentrated portfolio of Relativity's largest, most complex accounts with retention, revenue growth, and long-term relationship health.
Build and expand relationships beyond core eDiscovery contacts into firm leadership.
Influence practicing lawyers as Relativity enables self-service, AI experiences for practitioners.
Lead negotiations and commercial strategy for major renewals and expansions.
Coordinate cross-functional account teams to deliver a unified strategy.
Represent Relativity in executive meetings and industry events, building a broad network.
