Job summary

Code Metal is seeking an Account Executive for Financial Services to own engagements from introduction to close, coordinating with Solutions, Product and Engineering. You will map accounts, drive value and expansion, and align solutions to customer outcomes across business lines.

You will work with banking clients, understand funding mechanisms, and lead cross-functional teams through complex deals, delivering measurable value and managing the sale from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling into major U.S. banks or financial institutions.
• Fluent in navigating complex organizational dynamics and forecast accuracy.
• Willing to be on-site when a deal requires your presence and to build relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the deal from first conversation through signature: proof of value, paid integration, production.
• Build the map of opportunities within financial institutions to align Code Metal initiatives with customer priorities.
• Drive expansion by turning initial engagements into lasting account presence.
• Sell to outcomes by aligning business line goals with speed, cost, performance, or risk improvements.
• Structure funding paths across innovations labs, digital transformations, and production contracts.
• Partner with Solutions, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure success.
