Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts in a remote, national footprint. You’ll own a defined territory, build your pipeline, tell Elastic’s AI story, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You will apply MEDDPICC for discovery, deliver tailored value narratives and live demos, and collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, CSM, Marketing

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise deals in SaaS.
• Experience with consumption-based or usage-based models.
• Ability to deliver executive-level presentations and demos.
• Strong negotiation with multi-year, high-ACV contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own territory, build pipeline and close deals.
• Conduct deep discovery using MEDDPICC.
• Deliver tailored value stories and live demos.
• Develop formal close plans with customers.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and forecast integrity.
• Position Elastic as the preferred cloud Search AI platform.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, CSM, Marketing, RevOps.
