Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. You will own a defined territory, build your pipeline, deliver compelling narratives, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You will qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC, conduct deep discovery, and collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals and deliver

Qualifications

• Proven SaaS quota carrying success in enterprise accounts.
• Experience applying MEDDPICC or similar qualification framework.
• Ability to deliver executive-level presentations and demos.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and build pipeline to meet/exceed quota.
• Perform deep discovery and qualification to identify high-confidence deals.
• Deliver tailored value storytelling and live product demos.
• Collaborate on deal strategy and maintain accurate CRM forecasts.
• Lead negotiations and close multi-year consumption-based contracts.
