Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. You will own a defined territory, build your own pipeline, and tell Elastic's story to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You will collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise SaaS deals.
• Experience applying MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks.
• Proven ability to present executives with value-led demos.
• Track record of multi-year, high-ACV contracts.
• Fluency discussing observability, security, and cloud economics.
• Collaborative, coachable and aligned with Elastic values.

Responsibilities

• Own territory and build pipeline with outbound cadence.
• Conduct deep discovery and qualification using MEDDPICC.
• Deliver tailored value stories and live demos.
• Maintain CRM forecast accuracy ≥90% within ±10%.
• Lead negotiations and close multi-year consumption deals.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps.
