Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI company, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. You’ll own a defined territory, build your pipeline, articulate Elastic’s value, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You will collaborate across Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals, forecast accurately, and push high-ACV, multi-year agreements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise deals in a SaaS/consumption-based model.
• Proven ability to apply MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks to pipelines and deals.
• Strong executive-level presentations and demos tying Elastic capabilities to business value.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and build pipeline with proactive outbound activities.
• Uncover pain points, budget, and decision criteria to qualify deals.
• Deliver tailored value narratives and live demos of Elastic Search/Observability/Security.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
• Lead negotiations and close multi-year, high-ACV contracts while protecting margins.
