Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI company, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion in strategic accounts. You will own a defined territory, build your pipeline, conduct discovery, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You will tell the Elastic story through tailored value narratives and live demos, partnering with Solutions Architects and Customer Success to accelerate deals and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven SaaS quota-carrying success in enterprise deals.
• Experience applying MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.
• Ability to present and demo complex product value to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own territory and build pipeline through outbound channels.
• Conduct discovery to map pain, budget, and decision criteria.
• Deliver tailored demos linking Elastic capabilities to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, CS, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
• Lead contract and pricing discussions and close multi-year commitments.
