Job summary

Elasticsearch is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. You will own a defined territory, build your own pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You will qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC, deliver executive-level demos, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate deals while achieving forecast accuracy and long-term value for customers.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to hit complex Enterprise targets in SaaS sales.
• Experience applying MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks.
• Ability to articulate product value and ROI to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own territory pipeline and close multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption model.
• Conduct discovery, qualification, and forecast with high accuracy.
• Deliver tailored demos linking Elastic capabilities to business outcomes.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing, securing multi-year commitments.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps.
