Elastic is seeking a high-energy Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. You will own a defined territory, build your pipeline, tell the Elastic Search AI story, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

Qualifications

Proven SaaS quota-carrying success in enterprise deals.
Demonstrated use of MEDDPICC or equivalent to qualify pipelines.
Ability to deliver executive-level presentations tying product to business value.

Responsibilities

Own territory, build pipeline with outbound cadences.
Perform deep discovery and qualification to focus on high-probability deals.
Deliver tailored value stories and live demos aligning Elastic capabilities with business outcomes.
Collaborate to build formal close plans and maintain accurate CRM forecasts.
Lead high-stakes negotiations on multi-year consumption contracts.
Discuss cloud economics and data architectures to position Elastic effectively.
