Elastic, the Search AI company, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts in the United States. You’ll own a territory, build your pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

This role sits at the intersection of sales execution, technical fluency, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll leverage MEDDPICC, deliver executive-level demos, and partner with Solutions Architects, Customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex Enterprise SaaS deals.
• Ability to map customer needs to Elastic offerings.
• Experience with consumption-based or usage-based pricing.

Responsibilities

• Own territory and build pipeline with outbound cadence.
• Perform deep discovery using MEDDPICC to qualify deals.
• Deliver tailored value storytelling and live demos.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps.
• Maintain 90% forecast accuracy within 10% in CRM.
• Lead contract and pricing negotiations for multi-year deals.
