Job summary

Acumen Fiscal Agent LLC is seeking a Client Services Agent to support employers and employees through enrollment, paperwork processing and responsive communications. You will handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, data entry across multiple databases with accuracy, and build relationships with clients and program contacts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of data entry experience.
