Acumen LLC is seeking a customer-focused Enrollment Agent to support clients through their lifecycle, handling inbound and outbound calls and emails, processing paperwork, and entering data across several databases with accuracy.

You will educate clients about program rules, coordinate with families and support coordinators, and help grow programs through outreach while maintaining compliance and exceptional service.

Formación

• Experience with data entry and using multiple databases.
• Independent work style with effective communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Customer service and/or client relations experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDFs.

Responsabilidades

• Support clients (employers and employees) during enrollment.
• Process related paperwork and manage electronic communication.
• Accurate data entry using several databases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Establish and grow relationships with clients and program contacts.
• Communicate program rules to external and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and Acumen departments; resolve inquiries.
• Ensure timely responses within contractual timeframes.
• Support compliance with state and federal guidelines.
