Job summary

Acumen Fiscal Agent LLC is seeking a proactive Client Services Agent to enroll, educate and support clients through onboarding and ongoing care. You will handle inbound/outbound calls and emails, perform data entry across multiple databases with accuracy, and coordinate with families, employers and coordinators to ensure compliant, timely service delivery.

The role requires a customer-first mindset, ability to manage fluctuating workloads, and a commitment to privacy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1+ year data entry experience.
• Experience in customer service or client relations.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support clients (employers and employees) during enrollment.
• Process paperwork and manage electronic communications.
• Accurate data entry across multiple databases with high accuracy.
• Build relationships with clients and program contacts, including third parties.
• Explain program rules to external and internal stakeholders clearly.
• Ensure timely responses to client inquiries within deadlines.
• Comply with state and federal guidelines and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues.
