Job summary

Acumen Fiscal Agent is seeking an Enrollment Support Agent to assist clients, employers, and families through onboarding and ongoing lifecycle management. You will handle inbound/outbound calls and emails, process forms, and perform data entry across multiple databases with accuracy.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Some weekend or evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of data entry experience.
• Experience in customer service and/or client relations.
• Ability to work with multiple applications simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Enroll, educate and support Acumen clients throughout their lifecycle.
• Process paperwork and manage electronic communications.
• Accurate data entry across several databases with high accuracy.
• Establish and grow relationships with clients and program contacts.
• Explain program rules clearly to stakeholders.
• Respond to client inquiries within contractual timeframes.
