United Defense Tactical, a leading firearms training facility, seeks a Sales Representative to drive revenue by enrolling customers into our on-site, membership-based training program. You will showcase our reality-based simulator, conduct 90-minute training demos, and guide visitors through tours of the facility.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication and negotiation skills, a bachelor's degree, and a drive to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, especially for sales roles in certain industries.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential for sales reps.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 90-minute training demos, facility tour, and enroll customers into our membership program.
• Prospect via marketing funnels and schedule tours from a database of registered training prospects.
• Nurture prospects who don’t sign up immediately into customers.
• Update CRM daily with accurate information to track opportunities and commissions.
