Job summary

United Defense Tactical seeks a results-driven sales representative to drive revenue at our on-site training facility. You will conduct 90-minute training demos, tours, and membership offers to engage customers and showcase our reality-based simulator.

Your role will combine outreach, demonstrations, and enrollment into memberships. You will prospect from marketing funnels and a large prospect database, nurture those who don’t enroll immediately, and keep the CRM updated daily to maximize

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is often preferred, especially for sales roles in certain industries.
• Industry-specific certifications can be beneficial.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential for sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Training demos: conduct 90-minute demos, facility tour and membership offer.
• Prospecting: book tours from marketing funnels or a database of trained prospects.
• Nurturing: follow up with prospects to convert them into customers.
• CRM updates: daily entry to track opportunities and commissions.
