• Healthcare or health plan operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign day-to-day work items and manage workloads.
• Monitor performance to ensure SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete work accurately.
• Lead, coach, train, and counsel direct reports.
• Respond to escalations in a timely, professional manner.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports for staff review.
