Vanguard College Prep is seeking an Admissions Sales Consultant to guide ambitious students and parents through the enrollment journey with a consultative, value-driven approach.

In this role, you will own consultations, manage pipeline in CRM, and collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality while meeting monthly enrollment and revenue goals. Fully remote flexibility is offered, with comprehensive onboarding and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of consultative sales with closing high-ticket deals.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong discovery, presentation, objection handling, and closing abilities.
• Reliable home office with high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enrollment consultations with prospective students and parents.
• Manage CRM records and pipeline, follow up on leads, and track progress.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership; provide feedback on leads and objections.
