Vanguard College Prep seeks an Admissions Sales Consultant to guide families through the enrollment journey. This role combines consultative meetings, CRM-driven pipeline management, and collaboration with marketing to drive qualified enrollments.

The position offers uncapped commission with base salary and benefits, and a fully remote-friendly setup supporting flexible teamwork across the country. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of consultative sales experience with high-ticket closes.
• Proven ability to meet quotas and revenue targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of building trust quickly.
• Strong discovery, negotiation, and closing skills; reliable home workspace and internet.
