Job summary

Vanguard College Prep is seeking an Admissions Sales Consultant to guide ambitious students and families through the college-prep journey with a consultative, trust-based approach.

You will own enrollment conversations, manage a full CRM pipeline, and collaborate with marketing and leadership to optimize lead quality. This fully remote role offers a base salary of $45,000–$55,000 with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of consultative sales experience with high-ticket closes.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build trust with families.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Reliable home setup for video consultations with a fast internet connection.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel, plus Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative enrollment meetings with prospective students and parents to understand goals and timelines.
• Evaluate needs and recommend Vanguard program or pathway best suited to the student.
• Communicate program methodology, structure, pricing, outcomes, and value clearly.
• Build trust and guide families through high-consideration enrollment decisions.
• Manage qualified opportunities from initial contact through enrollment and handoff.
• Maintain CRM records of consultations, communications, and next steps; follow up regularly.
