Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner, Engineering (Contract) to lead full lifecycle recruitment for engineering roles in San Jose, CA. You will develop sourcing strategies, build relationships with leaders, and move candidates through interviewing and offers.

The role requires proactive networking, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple openings while maintaining compliance and data integrity. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Competenze

• Associate degree in HR, Business, or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience.
• Experience with an HRIS and ATS database; Taleo preferred.
• Certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus.

• Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute recruiting programs to fill openings and build pipelines.
• Build relationships with leadership and act as recruiting partner throughout.
