Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. in Coppell, TX seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full life-cycle recruitment for regular, temporary, full-time, or part-time roles. You will drive sourcing, programs, and candidate pipelines while partnering with leadership throughout the process.

Ideal candidates bring a degree in HR or related discipline, 3+ years of recruiting experience, and familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems (Taleo preferred). Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, business, or related discipline required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HR certifications a plus (PHR, SHRM-CP).
• Minimum 3 years recruitment experience and experience with HRIS/ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute recruiting programs to fill openings and build a healthy pipeline.
• Build relationships with leadership and partner before, during, and after recruiting.
• Handle college recruitment events and company representation.
• Maintain applicant files and comply with policies and regulations.
• Assist in immigration processes (H1-B) as needed.
