Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for full-life cycle recruitment in Tempe, AZ. You will own sourcing to offer, develop recruitment programs, and partner with leadership to build a healthy pipeline across regular, temporary, full-time, and part-time roles.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in recruitment, experience with HRIS/ATS (Taleo preferred), and strong communication and confidentiality skills. Travel up to 20% and a benefits-rich environment await.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS; Taleo preferred.
• HR certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-life cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer.
• Develop and implement recruiting programs to fill openings and build a strong pipeline.
• Build relationships with leadership and serve as recruitment partner throughout the process.
• Network actively, engage passive candidates, and expand market reach.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and compliance.
