Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-life cycle recruitment for regular, temporary, full-time, or part-time roles. You will manage from sourcing to offer, and partner with leadership to build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.

You will proactively network, manage college recruitment programs, and maintain compliant records while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Additional HR certifications a plus (PHR, SHRM-CP).

Responsibilities

• Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Developing and executing recruiting programs and strategies.
• Build relationships with leadership teams as a recruiting partner.
• Create and maintain candidate networks across markets.
