DXC Technology Company in Houston, TX seeks a seasoned Client Success Manager to drive client satisfaction and account growth within the energy sector. You will own end-to-end CES delivery, including renewals, profitability, and resourcing, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a full-stack, high-quality client experience.

You will lead opportunities, forecast revenue, and ensure operational governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing client relationships and. growth across accounts.
• Strong delivery management and lifecycle leadership across projects and run work.
• Ability to drive renewals, upsells and overall account expansion.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration between delivery, sales, marketing and product.

Responsabilités

• Own CES delivery on the account including renewals, satisfaction, profitability and resourcing.
• Collaborate with other offerings for a full-stack, coordinated client experience.
• Identify opportunities, forecast revenue and contract margin growth.
• Lead account activities outside of sales to align internal and client teams.
• Ensure resourcing alignment and proactively address gaps or constraints.
• Drive cash collection and AR management as the primary decision-maker on issues.
• Partner with PMs to meet contractual obligations and drive post-project learning.
• Engage with peer CSMs to ensure consistent client engagement and knowledge sharing.
• Advocate for client needs and act as escalation point for issues.
