• Ability to demonstrate ROI and business impact for clients.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of CES delivery on the account, including renewal, satisfaction, profitability, and resourcing.
• Collaborate with other offerings to deliver a full-stack account experience.
• Drive opportunities, pipeline development, and accurate revenue/margin forecasting.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and provide progress reporting to leadership.
• Advocate for client needs, manage escalations, and ensure governance and compliance.
