Job summary

DXC Technology Company in El Segundo, CA, is seeking a seasoned Client Success Manager focused on the Finance industry to drive strategic account outcomes and delivery excellence across complex engagements.

You will own all CES delivery, renewals, profitability, and resource alignment, collaborate with delivery, sales, marketing, and product teams, and provide strategic oversight to the CSM Leader while ensuring client satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client relationship management and account growth.
• Strong delivery leadership with full lifecycle project oversight.
• Ability to demonstrate ROI and value realization for financial clients.

Responsibilities

• Own all CES delivery on the account, including renewals and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery across offerings.
• Drive revenue growth through pipeline development, proactive solutioning, and forecasting of revenue and margin.
• Act as the central lead for account activities outside of sales and CP responsibilities.
• Align resourcing strategies to ensure capable resources and resolve gaps.
• Ensure governance, change controls, and post-project learning for improvement.
• Coordinate with peer CSMs for large multi-account environments to maintain client engagement.
