• 10+ years leading and growing enterprise accounts in tech services or consulting.
• 5+ years leading customer-facing teams.
• Proven success in revenue growth, retention, and account expansion.
• Experience managing portfolios with accountability for financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic CIS accounts with retention and expansion.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as escalation point.
• Lead account planning, business reviews and governance for customer outcomes.
• Identify and accelerate growth opportunities across the CIS portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Partners and Delivery Leaders on growth strategies.
• Monitor health, delivery performance, and manage operational risks.
