You will drive on-account growth, align cross-functional teams, and ensure profitable delivery while maintaining strong client relationships. This role emphasizes governance, proactive solutioning, and revenue forecasting, with a focus on ROI, contract margins, and client retention.

• Proven experience in client relationship management.
• Senior Client Success Manager with HI-Tech Industry within the US.
• Delivery excellence and full lifecycle project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects (project and run) of CES delivery on the account, including renewals and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other offerings to deliver a full-stack, coordinated experience across products.
• Drive on-account growth through pipeline development, proactive solutioning, and revenue forecasting.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align delivery with client priorities and desired outcomes.
• Ensure governance, cash collection, and AR resolution in line with contracts.
• Provide strategic oversight and progress reporting to the CSM Leader and account teams.
