You will own account metrics, manage renewal and growth, lead cross‑functional teams, ensure profitability, and maintain strong client relationships to maximize value and retention.

You will collaborate with delivery, sales, and product teams to align on client objectives, forecast revenue, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client relationship management and ability to grow accounts.
• Strong delivery excellence and full lifecycle project leadership with on‑time, high‑quality execution within budget.
• Demonstrated value realization and ROI for clients through strategic guidance.
• Experience with renewals and up/cross-sells to expand accounts.
• Ability to coordinate across cross‑functional teams and escalate when needed.
• Customer‑first mindset with resilience under pressure and adaptive to AI/technology trends.

Responsibilities

• Own ALL aspects of CES delivery on the account, including renewals, client satisfaction, profitability, and resource oversight.
• Collaborate with other offerings to deliver a full‑stack experience and clear ownership across product deliverables.
• Drive account growth through pipeline development, proactive solutions, and accurate revenue forecasting.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, report progress to leadership, and ensure governance and compliance.
• Foster strong client partnerships, align resourcing strategy, and resolve issues affecting delivery.
• Represent the voice of the client within CES and drive continuous improvement.
