DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager (CSM) to drive client satisfaction, growth, and operational excellence across assigned engagements. You will own all aspects of CES delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead opportunities to expand relationships while ensuring margin and renewal success.

The role emphasizes governance, ROI realization, and close coordination with delivery, product, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client relationship management and account growth.
• Senior Client Success Manager with HI-Tech industry exposure.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong background in delivery excellence and full lifecycle project leadership.
• Ability to demonstrate value realization and ROI for clients.
• Experience in renewals and up/cross-sells across accounts.
• Effective internal orchestration and cross-functional collaboration.
• Resilience with a customer-first mindset and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of CES delivery on the account, including renewals and profitability.
• Collaborate with other offerings to deliver a full-stack experience for the account.
• Forecast revenue and contract margin; drive opportunities and pipeline development.
• Lead cross-functional teams and provide senior escalation support and reporting.
• Align on resourcing strategy and address gaps to support client needs.
• Ensure disciplined cash collection and AR management across engagements.
• Maintain governance and ensure compliance with contracts and SLAs.
• Share insights and account intelligence across peer CSMs for consistency.
