Qualifications

• Advanced working knowledge (5+ years) of 2 of 3 primary workstation/server OS: Windows, MacOS, Linux.
• Prior experience with endpoint/workstation products in a sales capacity.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint and identity management technologies such as Active Directory, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Jamf and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Strong presentation skills and professional demeanor; ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of security concepts and security role development to meet requirements.
• Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions; adaptable.
• Proven ability to run technical discovery, design solutions, deliver demonstrations, respond to RFPs and support complex sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations to create excitement around Palo Alto Networks technology.
• Plan and execute POC evaluations with prospective customers to win the technical sale.
• Document customer interactions in Salesforce.
• Collect and deliver feedback to product management to influence direction.
• Earn customer trust by demonstrating expertise in endpoint and user security.
• Present and evangelize during tradeshows and customer events.
