Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a remote Presales Solutions Engineer – Endpoint focused on Northeast US to act as a cybersecurity subject matter expert. You will guide security engagements, develop offering content, and support sales with technical expertise.

Role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in cybersecurity, and relevant certifications. Travel up to 20% is required, with some extended hours for project work and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
• 5+ years experience in a technical cybersecurity role.
• CISSP, GIAC, SSCP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, CPT, CWSP, CCNP Security, CCIE Security or relevant certifications in Cyber Security OEMs.
• Travel to client locations required up to 20%.
• Extended hours are required to complete some special projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand SHI’s service offerings by training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and key technologies.
• Engage in lab facilities to increase job-related knowledge and skills.
• Develop collateral to assist with cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Present engaging presentations tailored to audience and medium.
• Coordinate multiple projects and ensure quality and accuracy.
• Build relationships to expand networks and strengthen customer relationships.
• Communicate and sell complex technical products by understanding customer needs and providing technical expertise.
