SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – Endpoint, a customer-facing security expert helping clients implement endpoint security and security services offerings.

The role requires residency in the Northeast region of the US and supports remote work as needed for business needs. You will collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, and procurement, stay current on trends, and develop collateral and use cases to strengthen sales engagements.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, HITRUST, CIS) required.
• Experience explaining security tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to support sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIO/CSO/CISOs and procurement to align security goals.
• Learn SHI service offerings and stay updated through training.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solutions and value proposition.
• Develop collateral and use cases to support security engagements.
